Hi, I’m Felicia — founder of Foxtail Solutions.
I started Foxtail Solutions with one goal: to help entrepreneurs take control of the behind-the-scenes side of their business. Too often, I saw small business owners being overcharged on merchant services, stuck with outdated processes, or drowning in messy books. I knew I could help — not just by fixing the problems, but by building smart, sustainable systems that empower real, lasting growth.
My passion for structure and strategy started early — at 18, I discovered a love for efficient processes and smooth operations. That passion launched me into a career in finance, accounting, and business systems, where I’ve spent years helping business owners simplify their back-end operations and regain clarity.
At Foxtail Solutions, I work directly with entrepreneurs to streamline operations, reduce merchant fees, simplify finances, and implement systems that actually work. From QuickBooks cleanups to merchant services and ISO 9001-based process improvements, I blend hands-on experience with formal training to bring order, savings, and peace of mind to growing businesses.
